LA PACE: RFQ for capital providers

Los Angeles County seeks information from capital providers interested in funding comprehensive non-residential energy and water efficiency and renewable energy projects through its Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to:

    1. Expand the existing list of capital providers interested in and capable of providing funding on an individual project basis in which a single and unique bond is issued to the Investor for each project financed.
    2. Seek information on how interested investors would structure, manage and underwrite smaller projects (~$50,000 to $500,000) pooled under a single PACE bond for a future pilot.

For more information, please see the full Request for Qualifications and PACE Program Handbook. Submissions are due by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2013.
