What is PACE?
PACE stands for Property Assessed Clean Energy. The use of Energize NY “PACE” Finance for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects is sweeping New York State and already is offered in 31 other states. NYSERDA supports and endorses Energize NY (PACE) Finance for clean energy projects.

How does PACE work?
Energize NY (PACE) Finance helps project developers and contractors close energy efficiency and renewable energy projects by offering competitive rates (4.0% to 6.25% depending upon term and market conditions) and long terms (5 to 20 years) without the need for traditional consumer credit checks. Energize NY Finance works seamlessly with all NYSERDA incentive programs. Energize NY Finance makes deep energy improvements possible and affordable with no money down and financing available for up to 100% of the project cost.
