Training for Community Lenders
PACENation has partnered with Allectrify to offer comprehensive training for lenders who are interested in originating their own C-PACE deals. Allectrify’s program is designed for executives, loan officers and underwriters who want to go beyond the basics. The course covers deal structuring, underwriting criteria, credit standards and documentation.
